My VMs have been incredibly stable, and honestly, the price is just ridiculously low. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to set firewall rules so I could restrict access to just my home IP. But other than that, I'm really happy with this server.

Honestly, the main reason I'm moving everything over to InterServer is because of how fast their live support is. I was trying to rework a site I have on another host and wanted to use WordPress behind the scenes on a temporary address before pointing the DNS over. I've been hosting my VPS with InterServer for years. What I appreciate most is their customer service, which can be a real gamble with other hosts. But here, they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Most recently, me and one of my clients were getting completely flooded by typosquatting spam... fake messages from all sorts of brands. It was non-stop. They worked with me, did all the heavy lifting, and within a day or so, it was like they just flipped a switch and stopped it all. So far, not a single spam message has gotten through, not even the ones I used to get on a regular basis. I even checked my spam folder, and no legitimate emails were caught either. I know spammers are smart and they'll find a way back, but for now, I'm thrilled. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there's always room for improvement, and I don't want them getting too cocky. On a side note, in the past, even the owner of InterServer has jumped in to help with my issues. I'm not sure if he does that for everyone, but he's done it for me a few times.

So far the server has been really fast with RDP. Setup was done within 30 minutes and I haven't needed to contact them about anything yet. I'm really impressed so far and I would definitely recommend them.
