I know some of them probably get tired of me, but on the flip side, they also know they're dealing with someone who is willing to do things for himself too. There's a lot of respect on both sides. I don't treat them like they just have to do their job, I let them know how much I value their time. Interserver has a great crew who have been there when I really needed them. Even when they don't have a solution right away, there's always someone willing to chime in and help. There were times I wanted to just give up, but the reps showed genuine care and gave me a reason not to. They help keep me on point and my sites up and running. I have a lot to say because that's how much I appreciate them. They deserve a raise or a promotion for sure.

I've been with Interserver for about a decade now and have had a very good experience with their mostly great technical support and affordable prices. I need to learn a bit to control my VPS, but I like the level of control it gives me. Whenever I hit a wall I can't fix, support usually responds in less than half an hour.

Dennis N is the best tech person ever. The man really knows his stuff, and he took the extra time to work with me when I was beyond frazzled. I had a huge problem after returning from a long trip. I had zero sleep and spent 12 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with our server. Then Dennis N took over. He worked so hard to fix the issue, even while I kept sending desperate ticket updates every hour. He went above and beyond anything I've seen in the tech sector. When I thought all was lost and was too tired to even think, he stuck with it and after 4.5 grueling hours, he sent me an email saying it was done and everything was running. I was floored. Dennis and the others were amazing, but Dennis went further than anyone ever would to get us restored. He restored my faith after I had sent so many tickets with no luck. When he took over, he went beyond the pale to restore my confidence and trust. Believe me, I was in a hole I'd never been in before, and Dennis made this experience a wonderful thing. If anyone reads this, know that Dennis needs to be promoted to upper management or upper tier tech support. This is the kind of person that goes the distance. He didn't give up, and he was gracious despite my constant 'please update me' messages. Others would have walked away. Dennis didn't, and he is an amazing person. This company is really lucky to have him.

I'll be doing more than one review. I'm posting one on the startup experience now, then later after some time I'll do another on the actual service. The startup was a bit hectic. I had some issues with email certificates and SNI giving the correct TLS data per domain. The problem dragged on for a day and a half. It turned out that a subdomain was the culprit. Without getting too technical, their tech support stayed on it until they got it sorted. They figured out the problem and resolved it. My only minor complaint is that sometimes they were slow to answer my responses, but I assume they were busy. They were always respectful in their replies, which is important since at one point no one knew what was going on. So for a startup, I'm giving them 5 stars. They did a very good job.

InterServer offers very affordable pricing with high-speed internet performance and SATA storage, which is great for the cost. Their service quality is excellent, especially customer support. Whenever I've had billing issues, they handled everything professionally. In some genuine cases, they didn't even charge me for the VPS, which shows they really care about their customers. Overall, great internet speed, budget-friendly storage, and outstanding support. Definitely recommended.

I've been hosting my websites with Interserver for about two years now. In my experience, their best features are powerful servers at very affordable prices and absolutely no downtime, aside from one performance issue a month after signing up that lasted a few hours. Their support is very friendly and always helpful. Sometimes they take a little while to respond, but that's understandable, they're people not robots, at least for now. I'm really happy with Interserver and don't plan on switching. If you're thinking about getting a server, they're one of the best options. Just make sure the server fits your needs perfectly, because changing later can be stressful.

Excellent customer service for an unbeatable price point. When we had problems after a recent Moodle upgrade, support staff responded quickly, gave us helpful suggestions, and eventually led a data migration that went really smoothly.

Recently helped transition a non-profit's website to InterServer from Network Solutions. The overall process has been good and it's awesome that they offer free hosting for verified non-profits. In the short couple of weeks I've been here, I had three reasons to contact support via ticket. My account creation failed initially, I had questions about the non-profit setup, and I had outgoing email issues with an aliased domain. Response times ranged from 10 minutes at best to 8 hours at worst, with an average of about 2 hours. I'm just happy they have a support team, since some cheaper hosts don't. And other hosts like Network Solutions make you pay for it, and their support is lousy. I think InterServer has good support considering it's free, and the techs try to help and respond quickly. In some cases, there's room for improvement. The email issue took a couple of tries to resolve when it should have been fixed on the first attempt since it was just a missing config on their end. But I'm grateful they got it working in the end. Overall, InterServer is good. For basic sites, it should be smooth sailing once config issues are sorted. I'd recommend trying small projects with them first to make sure you like them. They are geared more towards tech-savvy customers compared to hosts like GoDaddy or Network Solutions, which are easier for non-tech users. Keep that in mind, but for my case, it's been a good fit.
