I have been contacting various go daddy agents about a refund on my account. from june 2025 to jan 2026 I've called so many times and emailed various agents who all say they will help but nothing happens and all I'm told is there is nothing they can do in the end. I've been sent a cheque in dollars that is useless to me and told them this too. Again I'm promised this will be fixed and sent in the right currency and still nothing. What I can say is it has been the worst experience for a simple refund and Go daddy is not a company that I would recommend to anyone.

I have been with godaddy over 20 years and they keep changing their system every 4 years and make you list your whole store again from scratch. They are too lazy to make software that will do this automatically!! They put so much stuff for you to buy on their site that you can't find your own orders. It's a maze to find your website stuff. First of all, I have no idea what "Trustpilot" is. I just left a review on Godaddy. So, this link to another review site could be explained better. But, yeah, Kush was extremely capable and communicative and took the time to help me understand what products might best suit my needs.
Worst service we have ever experienced
GoDaddy have given what can only be called an overall frustrating experience. I will not recommend their services.
There are some good things; they eventually made a website and our email works. What they do not do is answer questions, or provide the managed services they happily charge for. The managed WordPress plan turned into our business having to manage the site completely. Licences for plugins we paid for were not given and nothing has been done to fix these problems. Email security is terrible, and bugs in the system stop us from adding safe addresses. Nothing has been done to fix this.
We have asked for the chance to discuss our problems and even had meetings set up eventually by Godaddy. Nobody from Godaddy shows up. We have been left with the understanding that Godaddy cares for nothing other than their money. Our business is not important to them, only our wallets matter. We are taking our wallets somewhere else after 5 years of trying to work with them. Why would we keep being the only one in this relationship that puts in any effort?
