She took the time to hear out my concerns and gave me a clear, thoughtful explanation of how to cancel my services.

While she did offer some alternative options to stick with Bluehost, she totally got where I was coming from and guided me through the process with care and patience.

Nischitha P was a total pro, tackling all my questions without breaking a sweat. She even threw in screenshots to make sure I was completely at ease with the explanations.

My assistant, Kirankumar Pujar, was incredibly patient and understood precisely how to assist me quickly.
He even demonstrated a cool trick on my phone to help organize things.

I'm really impressed with Bluehost's managed WordPress hosting. After testing it with one of my websites, I'm thinking about migrating all my sites from regular shared hosting to their cloud Wordpress hosting.

The performance is exceptional, with almost no downtime. Combined with realtime backups and Yoast Premium, this is an excellent deal for my niche websites.

The advisor was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. They helped me find the contact info for a plugin issue and resolved a couple of other problems related to using a staging site. Additionally, my admin login wasn’t accepting my credentials, and the advisor reset it for me. Overall, it was an excellent problem-solving session with Bluehost support.

I’ve been using Bluehost’s VPS hosting for two months now, and I’m really impressed with the speed of the server and the user-friendly dashboard. I reached out to their chat support twice, and while the first agent wasn’t very helpful, the issue was quickly resolved within five minutes after he escalated the chat to another agent.

I've been with Bluehost for several years, both for our sites and clients. So far, we've experienced no major outages. Their prices are affordable, and their control panel is very handy. Their support is not very good, but that's not very important to us since we fix most issues ourselves.

I'm very happy with the changes Bluehost has made to their VPS hosting with the new AMD processors and NVMe storage. Their servers are now better than before; however, their support is not. You will be lucky if your problems get solved on the first chat attempt.

However, I couldn’t give them a full 5-star rating because they lack a hosting plan that includes consistent backend maintenance services, such as automatic updates, security checks, and reliable backups. As someone who isn’t tech-savvy and leads a hectic life, managing these tasks independently is overwhelming. It often means spending extra on tools, plugins, and add-ons, which can quickly become both confusing and costly.

That said, if you’re comfortable handling backend site maintenance or have the time to figure it out, I can’t recommend Bluehost enough for hosting. They’re dependable, professional, and incredibly user-friendly. Leaving them was tough, and I’ll especially miss the convenience of their 24/7 chat support!
