WPX is overall pretty good. Support is good too, almost 24/7 active. Best for budget sites or ones that don't need constant purging. If your content doesn't change every 10 minutes, it's the best hosting you can get for WordPress, and using htaccess to customize headers works wonders.

High dynamic sites can use their WooCom plan + redis and XDN, it's actually good. They need to figure out full-page caching and they'll be on top. I recently switched to a different one, was with them for over 3 years. I had challenges because my site needed more powerful hosting.

Usually everyone has 30-day money back, but they gave me my money after 3 years, or when they realized I was having problems and needed to leave.

Absolutely the best. I've used GoDaddy, NameCheap, Domain.com, HostGator and a dozen others. WPX is by far the best. It's easy to purchase a domain and they don't try to upsell you with crap you don't need, looking at you GoDaddy! Then they have 24/7 chat with actual live people. This has saved me so many times. I've used WPX for a number of years. I cringe anytime a new client is not on WPX. The only reason someone wouldn't use WPX is if they'd simply never heard of them. But if you're reading this, you have heard of them, so you really have zero excuse not to use them. They are simply the best!

Had an issue that dragged through the weekend and finally got resolved via chat as a last resort. WPX customer support is what all support should be based on. Knowledgeable and properly empowered people, not AI, who can actually implement fixes. 24/7 is also real. I've never waited more than 30 seconds for a live agent. It's why I've been with them for over half a decade, and plan to be moving forward!

Wow. I just chatted with Nikola at WPX support for a little issue with returned mails from my contact form and he ended up setting up a bunch of mailboxes for me that I wasn't even expecting. I've been too inept to get it done myself. He was so gracious and helpful to me and went to so much trouble to make sure I was happy. This is always the experience I have when I contact WPX support.
