It is not hard nowadays to translate a website into multiple languages and I think a big web hosting company like DreamHost should make their CP available in more languages to make it easier for non-English speakers to use their hosting.

I'm happy with the hosting service Dreamhost offers.
Also, their support is good if you reached them via email, but if you want to get phone support, there's no number to call and you need to request a "callback" which is not free to as you have to pay $10 per call or $15 per month for 3 calls!
I don't get it, if you have the personnel and you already offer support via phone calls.. why don't you make it available for all users and for FREE?
