I've been a customer since the EyHost days around 2012. After the recent migration to Hosting.com's new infrastructure, I noticed some of my historical resource allocations had changed. The support team, especially Dyane and the Customer Advocacy team, took the time to investigate my account history and restored the original allocations. They didn't just give me a generic response but carefully reviewed my old account details and communicated clearly. I really appreciate that they were willing to review a long-standing customer account fairly and transparently.

Big thanks to the migration team for handling the transfer of 20 client websites from SiteGround. I was fed up with SiteGround's rising costs and ghost inodes counting against my quota, so I decided to switch. Moving that many sites was a massive job, but their team made it way easier than doing it on my own. When a few DNS issues came up after, they helped me sort them out quickly so all my clients' mailboxes kept working. That kind of support makes a real difference when you're juggling this many sites. Glad I made the switch and so far, so good.
