I had a rough time with chat support, felt like I was talking to a robot pushing website optimization tips when my swap memory was maxed out. Frustrating, and the session just ended with a chatbot. But then I called and got Felix, who was a game-changer.

He got the issue right away, confirmed it was the swap memory, and fixed it in five minutes flat. He even told me my sites were fine as is, no extra tweaks needed. Felix showed what real support looks like. The Liquid Web chat guy, maybe Armmed or something, needs more training, but Felix was a rockstar!
