My site has been broken for 5 days; no one is replying to my ticket (no reply in 12 hours); and no one is answering my questions about reinstalling Wordpress, switching servers, and actually looking into why the backend got slow compared to before, even when the site was put back to a time when it worked fine. Completely unacceptable service for someone who's been with the company a long time!

I had a bad time with this company before. But since I bought a three year plan, I had to use it. What a mistake that was. I regret the day I started using this company.It's not worth a single penny.My sites were over the limit, so I moved some to another company. Then I moved on. And then! They say we have to open a support ticket to reset the hosting limits, which are supposed to reset at the start of the month. Do they tell us this? No. Because they do whatever they want. If you have any respect for your site, your work, or yourself, stay away from this company. I lost thousands of dollars, and my sites were down for more than a week. When I tried to get a refund, they said they wouldn't refund my three hosting plans, which were over two years old. Don't be fooled by their high ratings; this is totally fake; I fell for it. Don't fall for it.
