the pricing and customer service were great. however, the website should have just let me know i had a typo in my credit card number rather than sending me an email with an invoice that makes it look like the transaction succeeded while cryptically saying "failed" next to the items i purchased. at which point i needed to contact customer service and wait eight minutes for them to tell me it was just an error with my card entry.
